About AP Grama Sachivalayam Notification:
Rural development is mainly focused by making each and every village into respective Panchayat and enrolling responsible people to solve the problems of the rest of the people. All the departments dealt with the development and daily running of villages are under this Panchayat responsibility.
So people concerned with their department and field of work strive to finish the grievance or issue within some stipulated time. It is their responsibility of people concerned with Panchayat that the works are done in time and all Government schemes are reaching the poor people.

After the new Government was formed in the state of Andhra Pradesh, Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy has concentrated more on providing jobs to the rural youth in the Government sector whereas the previous Government focussed partly on Government and partly on Private jobs. While hunting for the ways to provide people with jobs that need basic qualifications, the Government found that there are 13065 village Panchayats in the 13 Districts of Andhra Pradesh whereas 12,671 has formed the Panchayat Secretariats or Grama Sachivalayams to solve their problems.
All the departments like Water, Sanitation, Agriculture, R&B, e-Governance, Revenue need the co-originators who work for the enlightenment of villages. Each Village Panchayat has an average of 2000 to 3000 people living. The village with the maximum population is in Kadapa District with 44 thousand population and opposite a village in Nellore District has 77 people residing.
As of now, there are nearly 44,709 Grama Sachivalayams working to provide the work in time to the residents of the respective Panchayats. The required number of candidates for the uninterrupted services is 94,672 candidates as per the analysis. So Government wanted to add few more jobs and release a Notification for nearly 1.6 Lakh vacancies where the candidates can have minimum age eligibility.
For each Panchayat there are nearly 10 to 11 candidates recruited through upcoming Notification.

Based on the educational Qualification and eligibility, candidates will be selected by the duly appointed District Selection Committee (DSC). Important Dates 2019
The Andhra Pradesh Government has previously released the Notification for the Grama Volunteers for nearly 2 Lakh candidates and this recruitment is in the process where the candidates are posted for every 50 houses in the state. Now the Grama Sachivalayam jobs are in the process of cabinet approval and very soon the Government is ready to publish the Official Notification. It is expected that the Government will release this before 20th April 2019 and the Applications start by then which will end by the mid month of August 2019. Plans are in process to complete the recruitment and admit the candidates to their jobs by 2nd October 2019. Training for the selected candidates is planned to be between 15th and 23rd September 2019. Here are all the dates:

AP Village Secretariat Education Qualification/ Eligibility 2019
The one who would like to step into AP Government as Grama Sachivalay has to complete 12th or its equivalent for few jobs and for a few other jobs it might be SSC from a recognized Board. We can only have clarity on post-wise education qualification once the official Notification is out.
Preferable age by the recruitment Authority will be between 18 to 39 years and age relaxation based on rules might extend up to 45 years.
Selection Process and Pay Scale:
There is no initial information on the selection process, whether the selection of candidates will be purely on their grades and reservations are based on any selection process carried out after applications are received. Interviews will be taken up for the candidates by DSC’s in a certain period of August 2019.
It is based on the type of post that the candidate is selected to will decide the salary. Monthly candidates will be able to get a salary of 5 thousand rupees to 15 thousand rupees.
How to Apply Online:
The AP Panchayat Raj Ministry will be releasing an official website for the candidates to apply online and the candidates will be informed here about that. This will be wholly and solely for recruitment. A clear procedure will be informed on that website to apply and register successfully. However, we are predicting the process to be below:
- Search for the official site i.e. www.gramavolunteer.ap.gov.in or www.gramavolunteer2.ap.gov.in.
- Fill in the basic details like Name, Father’s Name, Address and authenticate using the Mobile number that is linked to the Aadhaar card.
- After Authentication candidate will be asked to fill the other details like Education, Soci Economic status and Nativity details
- After that, the necessary certificates are to be uploaded using the same portal
- Documents include Aadhar card, SSC Memo, 12th (Inter) Certificate, Address Proof, Caste Certificate, PH Valid proof, Nativity proof, a passport-sized photo, etc.
- Submit all those details and you will get the Registration Number.
- Use this Registration for further process.
