AU Exam Revaluation:

Refund and the Cancellation policy

  1. Fee once paid by the candidate can’t be refunded or canceled.
  2. The payment that you will make to college is for the said purpose in application only. 
  3. You need to submit both applications and need to do final payment by online mode only. Do ensure to do that within the given period.
  4. The AU committee will then start to verify your candidature as per the rules of the university. Then it will decide whether to accept to reject your application.
  5. If any legal disputes arise, then, it must be limited to Visakhapatnam Jurisdiction. 

How to apply for back paper?

If you got fail in the examination and got a back paper, then you can apply for the same in the official site of the university.

In this site, you will get a link where you need to apply for the subjects that you want to appear for the supplementary examination. If you wonder about when the examination will start, then you need to constantly keep in touch with the official portal of the university.

Usually, the supplementary examination takes place in August, so be prepared for the examination.

The University Arts College was inaugurated on July 1st, 2931, and the languages in which courses were offered at that time were Telugu language and literature, History, and Politics. After a year, it too inaugurated the College of Science and Technology, which came along with Honors courses in Physics and Chemistry. 

Since 1926, the institute was said to be offering some high-quality education to all its students. It to one of the institutes which actively catering all its educational needs and also solving all sociological problems of the region too. Andhra University was designed and got implemented Quality Management System in the country. The implementation was such that it became the first university in the country to get ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2006. 


Area of University

If you take a look at the total area in university spread, then you can’t believe that. The university is spread across 422 acres of land where you will find nearly 121 buildings of Academic, Administrative as well as other support services.

There are about 324 staff quarters inside that too. For now, the university is also looking at the education needs of Visakhapatnam, West Godavari, East Godavari, Srikakulam, and Vizianagaram. 


Facilities at AU

Andhra University has got 23 hostels for men. In these hostels, nearly 3200 students can live, and for girls, they have got 10 hostels where nearly 2000 women can stay. Out of total hostels, two hostels are designed for foreign students too.

Apart from all these things, it too got two residential health centers and a home dispensary. Not only these, they too have their 4 Guest houses, central canteen, press and Publication division, Faculty club, Schools for Employees Children and Women Waiting Halls.
